1. Free Shipping

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Custom, pre-order, or made-to-order products may require 7–14 additional days for dispatch.
  • In case of high demand or stock delays, our team will inform you promptly via email or phone.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship via leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across India.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to service availability)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, festivals, strikes, or courier delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can monitor your order status in real time from the courier’s portal or your Rupal’s Closet account.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes in India.
  • COD orders may incur an additional handling fee of ₹49.
  • Please ensure correct contact and address details for successful delivery.

8. Non-Serviceable or Restricted Areas

Some remote locations may have limited courier service. In such cases, we will notify you before dispatch and offer an alternate delivery option or cancellation with a full refund.

9. Packaging & Safety

All products are carefully packed using tamper-proof, eco-friendly materials. Each order undergoes a quality check before shipping to ensure items reach you in perfect condition.

10. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For damaged deliveries, share clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt to rupalkothari.rk14@gmail.com.
  • We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve such issues swiftly.

11. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

Currently, we deliver only within India. However, we’re working to enable international shipping soon — stay tuned!

12. Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • Address changes after order confirmation can only be accommodated if the parcel hasn’t been dispatched.
  • Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping due to incorrect address or failed delivery will incur an additional charge.
