All prices displayed on our website rupalcloset.in are final and include the following:

• GST (18%) – Included in all listed prices.
• No Hidden Fees – The displayed price plus applicable shipping (if any) is the total amount you pay.
• Transparent Discounts – Sale prices, coupon codes, and offers are applied instantly at checkout.

1. Currency & Price Display

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Original Price (MRP) – The product’s full retail price before discounts (e.g., ₹2,999).
• Discounted/Offer Price – The final selling price after applying discounts (e.g., ₹1,999).
• Discount Percentage – Clearly shown on product cards (e.g., 33% OFF).

2. Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), are already included in the product price. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout for domestic (India-based) customers.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. A nominal fee may apply for orders below this threshold, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

4. Promotional Pricing & Offers

• Occasionally, we may offer limited-time discounts, coupon codes, or bundle deals.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated.
• Once a promotional period ends, prices revert to their original rates automatically.
• Discounts or special offers may vary based on region, product availability, or customer eligibility.

5. Price Adjustments & Errors

• We strive for 100% accuracy but reserve the right to correct typographical or system pricing errors.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will notify you before dispatch for confirmation or cancellation.
• In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

6. Price Changes

Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or vendor pricing. However, confirmed orders will always be honored at the price you paid at checkout.

7. Price Match Guarantee

Found the same product at a lower price elsewhere? Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof, and we’ll match the price or issue a store credit for the difference.

Note: The competitor’s product must be identical, new, and sold by an authorized Indian retailer.

8. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

For pre-ordered or customized products, prices shown at the time of purchase are final. Discounts or price changes occurring after your order is placed will not apply retroactively.

9. Bulk & Wholesale Discounts

10. Store Credits & Gift Cards

• Gift cards and store credits issued by Rupal’s Closet are denominated in INR and can be used only on rupalcloset.in.
• Discounts or price adjustments cannot be applied after a gift card has been redeemed.
